Professional Experience Connie Stanziale owned and operated "Midland Real Estate Company" in Fairfield County, Connecticut, for 19 years. Specialties were land acquisition, marketing and selling custom residential homes, condominiums and resale homes. A part time resident in Florida since 1979, Connie moved to Florida as a full-time resident in 1995 and acquired her Florida Real Estate Broker's License in 1995. Professional Education and Designations Connie has been a member of CAR, NAR, Valley Board of Realtors in Connecticut, The Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors in Connecticut, CMLS-Connecticut, and the Realtor Association of South Palm Beach County in Florida. Connie holds active Real Estate Broker's Licenses in both Florida and Connecticut. Connie has earned the GRI designation. Buying a home?
